Salmon Cakes

I'm not a big fish lover, but these don't taste fishy at all and are even better as leftovers!!! So easy to pack and eat anytime.

Salmon cakes

2 eggs
1 can salmon
1/4-1/2 cup gluten free oats
1/4 cup fresh parsley
Basil
Sea salt
Pinch of red pepper flakes
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp chopped onion
Mix all together, form patties, and cook in skillet until done!
